Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moore, is an incredible Hollywood author and actress whose talents have earned an acclaim from critics as well as recognition. Sagittarius in birth, Julianne Moore was born December 3 of 1960 at North Carolina. She's one of the three oldest children to Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a paratrooper.
