Alexandra Raisman

Aly Raisman (American gymnast) was a member of the team and the team captain for the 2012's Fierce Five, in addition to the team captain for the 2016 Final Five US Women Olympic Gymnastics. Aly Raisman was awarded three gold medals at the 2012 Olympics which took place in London. She also took home a bronze on balance beam. This made her the Olympics gymnast who won the most medals. The 2016 Olympics brought her a gold at the team event. This earned both she as well as Gabby the distinction of being the first Americans ever to have consecutive team golds. Additionally, she took home two silver medals, one for the floor exercise as well as individual all-around. Following the 2nd Olympics she was off for three years from gymnastics. Gold medal winner American team also won 2 World Championships. The gymnastics lessons she began when she was two and her favourite event is floor exercises. Aly participates in The Uniting Against Lung Cancer Organization in memory and honor of her mother. Aly is planning to pursue the profession of a fashion designer. Her future goals include the expansion of her signature line of leotards. Fierce is a novel she is working on is due out sometime in the coming year.
